Those, who do not have a credit/debit card, may proceed with payment on the spot upon the delivery. Please, notify us about it in advance. Otherwise, we accept major payment methods.
What is the delivery time?
If you placed your order before 12 pm, we will start shipping the same day after confirming the payment authorization or, confirming that the payment option is cleared. We will inform you through the online form or via message when the items will be delivered to you. Usually, it takes up to a few days if there are no upcoming national holidays. International deliveries may take up to a two-week maximum.
How do we deliver?
The US deliveries proceed with local post services that ensure the fastest delivery. For international clients, we use DHL service.
Please note, when we confirm the delivery date, you have to be at home or the delivery address mentioned in the order to receive your parcel. In case, you are absent, make sure to allocate a person who can receive it for you. Only full-aged beneficiaries can sign for a parcel. If neither you or your beneficiary are present during the arrival, the parcel will be sent to the nearest post office where you have to pick it up within one month. After, it will be returned to us.
If you received the wrong medication or you hesitate its authenticity, contact us as soon as possible. If it is subject to change, we may resend you a parcel or reimburse the money.
